How It Works
 
 


 

  1. end-user/customer makes information request to Internet via modem and Public Switch Telephone Network (PSTN) lines or any other available connection to LighwWay (ISP) main processing center

  2. The information request is then sent to Internet via ISP Internet backbone connection

  3. The request then travels via the Internet to requested web site

  4. The requested web site information is sent to the Data Routing Uplink Center (DRUC) and NOT back to ISP

  5. The requested web site information is up linked to the satellite

  6. The requested web site information is received by satellite reception kit installed at end-user/customer home.
